Our Current Phone Hours are Monday-Thursday at 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-3:30pm.

On call physician is available 24/7 by calling the main office number 617-566-1535.

Our Current guidelines for office visits are the following:

  • Come alone to appointments
  • Prepare for calls via TeleVisit
  • Wear a mask

Virtual Classes/Resources

Virtual Prenatal Restorative Yoga: Fridays at 1pm, Sheila Leaden, RYT200 will lead a virtual prenatal yoga class. No previous yoga experience or equipment required to join!

You can register now through Zoom.

COVID-19 Pregnancy, Childbirth & Newborn Care “Hotline” w/ BIDMC: This brand new option will connect you directly to a BIDMC expert via Zoom, to answer all your questions about pregnancy, childbirth, hospital stays and newborn care during COVID-19. The “hotline” will be open every weekday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and is available to everyone, so feel free to share with friends and family! No reservation needed.

Childbirth Q&A with BIDMC Instructor: This weekly class connects you to a BIDMC childbirth educator who will answer all your questions. Join once or go back every week! Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm. Registration required.
Boston NAPs: Continues to offer multiple classes and workshops virtually. Registration required.
The Parent Connection: Is hosting 2 programs via Zoom and by phone. Visit www.bidmc.org/parentconnection or email Christine [email protected] to register.

  • Becoming Parents Workshop (for pregnant couples in the last trimester of pregnancy): Are you a new parent? Do you want to meet other new parents, have a place to talk about the joys and challenges of parenthood, and be able to ask questions? Come to our New Parents groups via Zoom, a complimentary service for parents & babies under one year old. 4/6 & 5/4 from 6-7:30pm. Registration required.
  • Mentoring Moms: Parents are matched with a trained, volunteer mentor who provides weekly phone call support through the first 12 weeks post-delivery. Mentors lend valuable support, encouragement and reassurance as well as resource information particularly around breastfeeding, or when to call your pediatrician. Registration required.
